Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the"Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "Member") and KC88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an internationally operated online gaming platform accessible at https://kc88.cam.

By accessing the KC88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" — the individual player account created on the KC88 Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or free wager allocations granted by KC88 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on any gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process KC88 applies to all accounts in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform for Malaysian players.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — self-exclusion, deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods available to Players through their Account settings.
• "Platform" — the KC88 website accessible at https://kc88.cam, including any associated mobile applications or software.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond KC88's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Account Eligibility

To create and maintain a KC88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. KC88 does not permit the registration or use of accounts by individuals below the age of 21, regardless of local jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any KC88 employee or affiliate partner.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register that prohibits access to online gaming platforms.

KC88 reserves the unilateral right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account if, in its reasonable assessment, the Player does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in this section. Such determinations are final and are not subject to appeal.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) KC88 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

4.1 Registration Information

At the time of registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

KC88 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. Verification may be required at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle at KC88's discretion. Documents typically requested include:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad, passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three months, showing the registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the deposit payment method belongs to the registered account holder.
• Source of Funds: KC88 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited, particularly for high-value transactions.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by KC88 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or the temporary restriction of account activity.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. KC88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any wagers or transactions placed using your account credentials are deemed authorised by you, whether or not you personally initiated them, unless you have notified KC88 of a security breach in writing without undue delay.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

KC88 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, beginning at RM30 for e-wallet and FPX transactions.
• KC88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the KC88 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• KC88 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds if it suspects fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Players must meet all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before withdrawing.
• KC88 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals, 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers, and 15–60 minutes for direct bank wire transfers. These are indicative timelines, not guaranteed service levels.
• KC88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.

Bonuses & Promotions

KC88 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Each Player may claim each promotion once only, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's account as separate balance and are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as turnover requirements) before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 35x) applied to the bonus amount, or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• KC88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, or where the Player has opened multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will be voided in their entirety and may result in account closure.
• KC88 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit in respect of winings derived from bonus funds, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Birthday bonuses are subject to VIP tier eligibility at the time of the Player's registered birthday month, as determined solely by KC88.

Betting Rules & Fair Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the KC88 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable gaming product, as published on the Platform or communicated by customer support. KC88 reserves the right to void or adjust any wager where:

• A manifest pricing or odds error has occurred due to a technical fault or human error.
• The wager was placed after the event or game outcome was already determined (late bets).
• There is credible evidence that the wager was placed with knowledge of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider information.
• The wager violates the specific rules of the relevant game or sport.

7.2 RNG and Game Integrity

All slot games and random number generator (RNG) based table games on the KC88 Platform are powered by a certified RNG system that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. KC88 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.3 Sports Betting — Specific Rules

Sports betting odds are set by KC88 and reflect the best estimate of event probability at the time of pricing. KC88 covers EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and over 40 additional live and pre-match sports markets. In-play bets are accepted subject to available markets. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KC88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by individuals under 21 years of age.
• The creation or use of multiple accounts by a single individual.
• The use of automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or table games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors, or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with legitimate play (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or arbitrage).
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method, financial account, or identity to fund a KC88 account.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or degrades the experience of other Players.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by KC88

KC88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a court order or regulatory directive; or reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity as defined in Section 8 above.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, KC88 reserves the right to void and forfeit any balance held in the account.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Any Player may close their KC88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through KC88 customer support or through the Responsible Gambling settings in their account. Intellectual Property

All content on the KC88 Platform, including but not limited to the KC88 name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces, is the proprietary intellectual property of KC88 or its duly licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of KC88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KC88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses attributable to:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Technical faults, server failures, or telecommunications outages beyond KC88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information published the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Any Force Majeure event as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

KC88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net real-money balance held in the affected Player's account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in this clause limits KC88's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Responsible Gambling

KC88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The Platform is intended as a source of entertainment for adults. We recognise that a small proportion of Players may experience difficulties managing their gambling behaviour, and we take this responsibility seriously.

KC88 provides the following responsible gambling tools all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations and receive automatic notifications upon reaching their limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform via customer support or account settings.

Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the KC88 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page supersedes all prior versions. KC88 does not maintain archived versions of previous Terms for public access; however, Players may request a copy of the Terms in force at any given historical date by contacting customer support with a specific date reference.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KC88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through KC88 customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent imminent and irreparable harm.

All dispute submissions must be made in writing to KC88 customer support within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
